How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For custom-printed keycaps or artisan items, please allow up to 7-10 business days for production before shipment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized keycap sets are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard?

Most of our keycaps use the standard MX stem, making them compatible with Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, and Otemu switches. Please check the specific product description for layout compatibility.
